This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Credit Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will need to: Provide a debt recovery services to Chancellors and other group companies chasing debtors and late payments Receive incoming and make outbound calls to clients and customers in arrears to discuss payment options. Comply with regulatory and Company policies at all times. Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times. Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives. Advise and influence clients and customers on the payment options for debt recovery. Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly. Input customer related data accurately and efficiently. Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified. Explain the terms of sale, credit or contract condition as appropriate. Decide on the correct action when negotiating payments. Follow strict Company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring that legislative requirements are met. Prepare and draft claim documentation for the Legal Counsel. Day to day management of Money Claim On-Line claims. Attend Court hearings alongside and to support the relevant director, in front of a judge and our clients plus client representatives. Assist the director in presenting our evidence as to why the client should pay what they owe us. Provide collated packs for review by a Legal Counsel or a Director prior to the decision to take matters to court. Issue a Money Claim OnLine with the court system where we do decide to take the case legal. The ideal candidate will: Be motivated and Driven Have outstanding attention to detail Have strong communication skills Have a proven track record of delivery in Credit Control Have a structured and Methodical in approach Have the ability to relate to people from a variety of different backgrounds. Be persuasive, persistent and self-motivated. Show assertiveness, tact and resilience.
