NXTGEN are recruiting a Finance Manager role for our global client based in Norwich. This is a fantastic role that will help in identifying opportunities for increased financial controls whilst also delivering on a range on monthly reports. As Finance Manager, you will work with business unit leaders to provide insight on current cash position, producing continual cashflow forecasts with accompany commentary for Senior Managers. The role will take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger to ensure quality financial information is accessible to the wider business. Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Supporting the production of month end financial reports - Management of the quarterly cashflow report - Support group reporting requirements for the half and full year end - Review and improve current reporting processes, identifying potential efficiencies - Monitor and maintain the Fixed Asset register The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with a strong technical accounting background. Candidates looking to make the move from practice to industry are also encouraged to apply. A working knowledge of financial controls and risk management is highly desirable, combined with experience of identifying opportunities for process efficiencies. Experience leading and motivating teams is highly desirable and candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a number of internal stakeholders.
