Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Checking customers credit ratings via Credit Safe Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems Providing accounts information to internal departments Maintain customer records Process credit card payments Investigate and resolve customer queries Process Manual Credit Notes, Finance Applications Education and Experience 3 years experience in credit control ICM (Studying or qualified) (Preferred, but not essential) Excel/Finance Systems B2B Accounts/Retail Accounts Key Competencies Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail Competence in Microsoft Office products Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations Organisational skills Problem analysis and problem solving skills Self-motivated, team player
