Farnborough- United Kingdom Job ID: 19WD33733 Position Overview Autodesk is looking for a talented Junior Finance Analyst to join the Sales Finance team. This person reports directly to the WW Channel Sales Finance Analyst lead and works in close collaboration with the other analysts already in place. The candidate must demonstrate excellence and integrity in dealing with complex data sets. A strong knowledge of information systems, accounting, compensation and incentive management is required, preferably in a software company. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong financial aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage regular but tight deadlines. Responsibilities Ownership monthly Accruals and corresponding Deferral & Amortization entries Ownership monthly Payments to Resellers & Distributors Execute data validations against the Incentives Dashboard to ensure data quality Ensure compliance with the company procedures and SOx policies Drive consistency, leverage best practices and benchmarking with peers across Geos Work closely with the Senior FA to provide ad-hoc reporting Strong collaboration with Revenue Accounting to meet the company standards Involvement in team projects (Robotic Process Automation, False Churn Claw Back management) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree (finance, business or accounting) Proven experience providing financial, operational, and/or administrative support to high tech sales organizations Articulate and concise with strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines Ambitious and ability to learn quickly Ability to work on cross-functional teams across the globe Passion for process improvement and ability to challenge status quo Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel SAP, Anaplan, Qlikview and Business Objects experience a plus About Autodesk With Autodesk software, you have the power to Make Anything.
