Orka Financial is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Reading. The role reports into the Management Accountant assisting the finance team with the Accounts Payable Ledger. The Accounts Payable role would suit a highly motivated candidate who is keen to start a career within accounts or has some experience within a finance department. The role comes with study support AAT/ACCA/CIMA Duties Logging invoices onto Sage Processing customer payments Dealing with all aspects of the Accounts Payable function Investigate and resolve issues Assisting with payments for weekly cash flow forecast Reconciliations of customer accounts Prepare and manage all invoices on a daily basis Assist monthly closings and status reports Working closely with various internal and external departments Experience Experience within a Finance team AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier Proficient with Microsoft packages including Excel Excellent benefits and training
