Accounts Assistant

£18k - £20k per annum Hours: 09:30am - 16:30pm (full time hours are also available) On behalf of my client who are a reputable and dynamic employer based in Alton, I am currently seeking am Accounts Assistant, part time or full time hours are available. This role will be supporting the Finance team with any administration duties; you don't need have Finance experience but must be willing to learn and want to develop a career within this sector. - This role will suit College or University leavers or someone with previous finance experience The roles and responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include: Raising invoices for fulfilled orders Log cash positing's Answer customer queries Setting up customer accounts on the system To be successful for the Accounts Assistant role, you will need: To be willing to learn and want to develop a career in Finance Excellent communication skills and telephone manner To be a team player, well organised and able to use initiative Experienced with MS office ideally Excel 1-1 Recruitment is one of the leading recruitment agencies for jobs in Basingstoke for permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions.
