Based in Ely, working for a well known and highly respected firm of Accountants. You will be expected to lead the Private Client Tax Department, managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and reporting into the Tax Partner. The perfect candidate will have extensive knowledge of income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax and demonstrate a natural leadership style. Duties will include: Management of a large portfolio of HNWIs, Directors and Trustees of small and medium-sized companies Management and development of client relationships, both over the phone and in person. Business development and representation at networking events Become the main liaison between the Tax department and other teams. Managing a team of Tax Seniors and Tax Semi Seniors The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified and potentially be a Tax Senior looking to take their first step into a management position. Alternatively, it will also suit an experience Tax Manager who is looking for a fresh challenge within a supportive and friendly firm
