Finance Manager for a fast growing property business based in London
Your new company
A unique and stylish award-winning property business which offers high quality end to end services is hiring a qualified commercial Finance Manager. They have a friendly team on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly, arrange a jam packed social calendar and keep you safe and secure. As a business they are renowned for their properties which create thriving communities and a great place to live.
Your new role
This is a key role responsible for the management of the reporting, budgeting and cash management process for a fast growing multi site property business. The company outsource their management accounts so work involves management and review of this but then loads of commercial partnering and getting to know the business. Company have grown significantly in last few years and this is a newly created role as a part of a team of qualified professionals.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACCA / CIMA industry trained
- 0-3 years post qualified experience
- Able to work in the West End
