Prepare forecasts / budget / long term plans/ adhoc Financial analysis and reports for the Corporate/Shared Cost Centres Monitoring and tracking the Groups performance, to include the P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and non-financial KPIs Analytical support to key stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Group Finance teams including Controllership, Tax and Treasury Monitoring and reporting on Corporate and Group costs Designing and writing key internal presentations Production and presentation of regular value add reporting Identification and resolution of actions in order to ensure targets are achieved Control / analyse / report P&L Actuals undertake monthly reviews against Budget and Forecasts with the teams supported Identify key trends and risks and opportunities Continuous improvement of Group FP&A reporting and processes Ad hoc support to the VP of FP&A and the wider team as required Skills and Experience ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation Extensive management accounting experience essential Prior experience in Global FP&A desired No direct reports although strong influencing and building relationship skills are a necessity Knowledge of HFM/ePBCS and EBS desirable Exceptional interpersonal skills with Senior Leaders along with good business acumen Excellent team player Highly organized, able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment, and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Confident with complex concepts Ability to initiate and lead change Excellent numeracy skills Dynamic and self-motivated Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of HFM/EPBCS and EBS desirable Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups. Macros non-essential but desirable).
