ACCOUNTS / FINANCE CONTROLLER Education: B Com. Experience: 6 Years of Experience in Car Rental Industry. Job Description: To manage Entire Account department & improve overall performance. Outstanding payment follow-ups with corporate clients. Manage and supervise daily operation of accounts payable & receivable, business cash receipts, general ledger, Expense Accounting. Monitor the preparation and filing of all statutory returns TDS/ Service Tax/ PF/ ESI/ professional tax etc. Ensure compliance to all Statutory Regulations. Prepare bank reconciliation, Inter Company Reconciliation, Customer & Vendor Account reconciliation, capital assets accounting, month-end/ year end closing entre Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports and analyses timely & updating to Management. Communicate effectively with Banks/ Customers/ Vendors/Auditors. Looking after the maintenance of books of accounts and various records as per the legal requirements. Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet. Should be able to set and align process in finance department for hassle free operations and to ensure in revenue leakages.
