• Work closely on client issues raised as a part of day to day business operations
• Working on a quick resolution for all issues within the boundaries of determined SLAs
• Providing solutions to clients on issues effectively and efficiently
• Analysing the understanding the various client requirements and articulating it to the development teams effectively.

• Be on call for supporting clients on production issues on need basis.
• Comprehensive testing and analysis on the codes delivered by development team before passing it on to client
• Works with Business development, business analysts, SME’s to understand business requirements and ensure development outcome meets those needs.
• Validating and testing of new developments to attain expertise in the product functionalities
• Provide functional training to peers, engineers
