This individual will play a key role in driving increased levels of end user satisfaction and enhancing the end user experience. The position has excellent opportunities for growth, as the individual will be working with a highly technical and motivated client Your future duties and responsibilities Assist the Program Manager in defining, overseeing, communicating, and training of project management processes, standards and governance. Maintain internal rosters, organizational charts, and distribution lists. Provide support to the full project team at meetings which could include, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and recording actions.
