Position overview Support in financial analysis & operations for technology finance viz. budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis Responsibilities Develop and generate financial reports, both routine and ad-hoc and will be responsible for automation of current processes Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways to business units, corporate finance, and senior management. Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the divisions performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan Experience in handling Technology Non compensation, HC and comp reporting, budgeting & planning, actual vs plan variance analysis. Understanding on accounting treatments, exposure towards Capitalization processs Working on various management deck like board plan and QBR. Prepare business plans, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, strategic plans, and product introduction financial plans. Should be well versed with MS Excel and PPT Desired experience and qualifications 4-6 years experience in a similar role Bachelors required, MBA or Masters Degree preferred Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal. Accounting/FPA experience gained in both the public and private sectors. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Good communication and presentation skills Demonstrated internal customer service skill. Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind.
