The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Assistant include Support senior leaders in the Risk Management team Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings and daily engagements Raise required system access requests through various request based tools Create, maintain and leverage mail-groups for effective communication Track Leavers / Movers / Joiners and provide regular MIS to management and HR Preparation /Maintenance of weekly and monthly Metrics / Error tracking Prepare and publish Organization Chart / Headcount reports Headcount updates to Finance/ US partners Assist in developing and creating presentations for business reviews Track Mandatory training completion Co-ordination for Reward & Recognition Provide support for visiting executives / senior managers Co-ordinate domestic and international travel Manage real estate, technology infrastructure and stationery inventory in keeping with the needs of the team Ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires; raise appropriate requests to gain access, assign seating and educate new hires on the available infrastructure at the site Account and vendor management Ensure that expenses are managed in keeping with guidelines and expensed in a timely manner. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills Attention to detail Excellent verbal/written communication skills Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Demonstrated initiative and creativity Ability to prioritize workload, work well under pressure and be pro-active in approach along with being flexible attitude towards working hours Ability to build both internal and external relationships Ability to demonstrate utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
