• CA / ICWA /CMA intermediate (Inter)
• CA Fresher Experience â€" 3 yrs experience in internal auditing Desired Skills
• Ability to Plan and Execute Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, etc.
• Capable of continuous follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and management action plans.
• Having exposure to industries like Integrated logistics, Warehousing, Road Transport, Hospitality, IT, etc.
• Deliverables related to Audit findings and Conclusions and Documentation of Audit Working Papers.
• Proactively assessing, reviewing various organizational risks, Governing and implementing control process & strategies to minimize the exposure to potential risks.
• Strong analytical skills in scrutinizing Books of Accounts, preparing Variance Analysis, Dashboards, etc.
• Good understanding of Statutory compliance
• Having sufficient exposure to direct and indirect taxation
• Strong hands on exposure to Tally, good if having exposure to any other ERP
• Having good skills in Advance Excel & Word
• Excellent communication in English, local language and nice if knowing Hindi.
