General Ledger for Benelux - Finance Analyst ( 125661 ) Job function Finance Main location Europe-Hungary-Budapest-Budapest Schedule Full-time Working pattern Standard Salary competitive Closing date Ongoing The Specifics The Team Finance Contract Type Permanent Work Schedule Normal working hours Home office opportunity Yes, depending on further agreement What you'll be doing As General Ledger for Benelux - Finance Analyst, you will be in charge of Participating in the general ledger month-end closing activities (e.g journal entry creation and validation, revaluation, data submission for the consolidation system) Performing balance sheet account reconciliation on a monthly basis Analysing the monthy balance sheet movements and monitoring, actioning proactively the pending items/issues, escalating if necessary Communicating on a regular basis with the in-country colleagues over Europe Operating all of the processes according to the SOX controls Participating actively in audits Developing approporiate procedures to improve efficiency/working under the Countinuous Improvement methodology Working primarily independetly but as part of a strong team We'll also need to see these on your CV Soft skills Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision Professional skills BA/BSc degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics Relevant professional experience in accounting Chartered accountant/ACCA certificate is an advantage Strong Excel knowledge is Oracle knowledge is an advantage Language skills English on a fluent level Also, French or German or Italian or Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage Find out more about the most attractive service centre of Hungary Click here to find out more about BT in Hungary.
