For our employees as well as for our clients we pursue one goal Growth from Knowledge Job Description The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Intern will have a role in supporting GfKs global M&A efforts. Among other responsibilities, the M&A Intern will be expected to update and maintain acquisition pipeline reports and support GfKs M&A efforts through market and target research. This role includes the following Update and maintain acquisition pipeline reports Conduct research on GfKs markets including technology trends, new target opportunities and competitive analyses Ideally, you will bring the following Strong organizational and time management skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint Finance background and/or basic experience and familiarity with financial analysis Ability to present to and communicate effectively with M&A team members Strong oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills Team player who is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision Education Bachelor's candidate (pursuing a degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field is a plus). .
