• Periodically review strategic credit positions across the organization.
• Assess changes in large exposures and counterparty ratings.
• Review the pending credit requests are to be cleared.
• Assess provisions are up to date.
• Review the concentrations are within stipulated limits.
• Assess that all credit exposures are covered and mapped.
• Discuss significant credit risks if any with Credit Committee.
• Conduct stress and scenario testing and analysis of portfolio at global levels.
• Review past or anticipated changes in provisions.
• Ensure all transactions have full and proper documentation.
• Review rating triggers and break clauses.
• Ensure credit protection is fully understood and utilized.
• Explore if there are any further possibilities of exploiting credit protection.
• Ensure credit risk reports reach all relevant parties. Main Perpose of this position is to establish, implement and monitor a credit exposure management framework, including policies, procedures, systems and MIS that is aligned with the Risk Management framework of the Company. Skills: Credit Risk Officer,credit management function, ideally NBFC,commercial credit analysis techniques,credit exposure management framework,credit risk Experience: 3-7 Years Education: Chartered Accountancy (C.A),ICWA,Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
