An ambitious senior finance professional is sought after to step up into the role of Finance Director for a leading organisation joining an exceptional Executive team. As No. 2 to the CFO you will take ownership for finance for this rapidly expanding business

Responsibilities:
Lead the finance function of 20 Dynamically engage with the business and spend the time required to fully understand the framework and ethos of the Group. Ensure the board are accurately informed on finances maintaining the highest standard of reporting. Offer sustained and influential commercial input at board level, particularly when approaching all in house projects. Develop, monitor, report and interpret the business' KPIs. Leadership, management and development of the finance team. Support the development of a buy and build strategy and planned growth. Finance Director Profile: Ability to work closely with the CFO on significant growth strategy, engage from start to finish on acquisitions and expansion projects. Experience of managing integrations and growth scenarios. Hands on experience of running and mentoring finance teams. Ability to manage a large and varied workload to tight deadlines. Dynamic individual who is technically strong and detail orientated. Joining an executive team with excellent sector and Private Equity experience, you will partner with high calibre stakeholders at board level.
