A FTSE 100 Insurance company based in the heart of the City are looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This Group Financial Accounting contract role will encompass producing Financial statutory and SII reporting for the Group. You will also be responsible for preparing consolidation journals and reconciliations. This contract role will involve liaising broadly across the business and you will be required to liaise with various divisions on a daily basis. Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) from an insurance background preferable. Strong consolidation and technical accounting knowledge a prerequisite.
