Our client a leading multi-site wholesale business is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Director, as Financial Controller you will: Lead a finance team of 5 Deliver timely and high quality month end management accounts. Preparation of Annual Budget. Liaise with Statutory auditors. Maintenance of Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals and HP schedules, Inter-company Reconciliations. Preparation of quarterly VAT returns Oversea the completion of balance sheet reconciliations Produce weekly and monthly management information in timely manner as required by senior management. Production of sales analysis and KPIs reporting. Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains and cost savings. To be successful in this role: You will be a qualified accountant, who has worked for a company that has stock ideally a wholesale business.
