Payroll Client Manager
Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting for a well-established and market leading firm based in Cardiff. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the payroll team - to manage client payroll. The ideal candidate will be fully CIPP qualified with approximately 2 years payroll experience. Job Description: Managing of clients payroll; Operating bespoke software for pay information; Dealing with client invoicing requests and queries; Dealing with worker P45/P60/SOE's; Completing DWP paperwork; Dealing with HMRC Gateway notifications; Ensuring smooth operation of timesheet importing; Producing system and manual invoices/credits; Matching and releasing timesheets for payrolls; Trialing the payroll and checking for any anomalies; Running a Payroll - including all steps for reporting and processing; Processing Payroll Adjustments; Client Payroll Queries; Explaining Payslips/Remittances to workers; Payroll Deductions / Fee Adjustments / Checking DWP Deductions; Checking and inputting backdated VAT; Updating Payroll Reconciliations; Other ad-hoc payroll duties. Requirements: Fully CIPP qualified Approximately 2 years of payroll experience Hard working and enthusiastic Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Package: Basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Private healthcare Free gym membership Free parking Fun and dynamic office environment with a great team culture Plus other benefits Please apply within or contact Ash at Greystone Consulting Group to discuss further
