Finance Manager - Blackburn - Established Organisation Your New Employer Based on the outskirts of Blackburn this logistics and distribution organisation work with customers across the UK. Based over multi sites they have continued to invest in the business and look to make further aquisitions. Your New Job As Finance Manager you shall be responsible for the production of monthly and year accounts for the group. Supporting analysis of key indicators throughout the business you shall lead a small finance team and lead from the front. You shall provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis and business partner across the differing departments to support stakeholders. With the ability to track performance and produce analysis to make optimal business decisions you shall be driven to provide analysis of costings and productivity/efficiency savings. Reporting directly to the Finance Director you shall gain exposure to future and current aquisitions and assist in the integration to group. Your Experience & Our Requirements You shall be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role. Fully conversant with UK statutory reporting requirements you may also have experience of Business Partnering. The business use Sage accounting. Those who have operated this in a previous role will be prioritised however this is not essential. Your Future As The Successful Candidate The business are focused on development and opportunity.
