SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Financial Controller for a successful business in Derbyshire. Key
responsibilities:
- Manage a large team of accountants to ensure Management Accounts are produced in a timely manner - Manage the Budget - Oversee and support the financial reporting, planning and accounting - Provide advice to finance on any accounting or reporting requirements - Prepare all management reporting requirements - Monthly reporting - Budgeting/forecasting - Production of the 3 year strategic plan - Costing, pricing and modelling - A member of the senior management team, attending SMT meetings and ensuring a collaborative approach between departments - Review any financial changes to commercial contracts You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) ideally with previous experience working in a similar role. You will have strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team to get the best out of them and create a high performing team. You will have a commercial mindset and forward thinking to support the growth in the organisation.
