Trainee US/UK Expatriate Tax Advisor - Graduate Recruitment Program

Location:
Canary Wharf Due to ongoing growth, a well-respected, growing firm of tax accountants based in Canary Wharf, is looking to recruit up to two Trainee US/UK Tax Advisors. On the job training and support is provided, as well as formal training leading to recognised US/UK tax qualifications. Duties Include:
• Assisting with the preparation of US and UK tax returns
• Preparing spreadsheets, updating client information and organizing files
• Preparing standard letters, requesting information and sending reminders
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support
• Handling incoming telephone calls
• Assisting senior staff in all aspects of their work as required The Ideal Candidate:
• Highly organized and numerate
• Attention to detail and IT literate
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and logical approach to problem solving
• Keen to learn new skills and develop technical knowledge
• Responsive, and a 'can-do' attitude
• Able to work well under pressure
