I am looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller (qualified or qualified by experience) into this multi-entity, investment backed SME based in Bracknell. With a strong product, established clients and an experienced management team, they are looking to grow the company and the Financial Controller will play a key role in their plans. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the end-to-end finances. You will be responsible for all month end routines, reconciliations and reporting. You will also manage the relationship with the external auditors, produce the statutory returns, management reports, budgets and forecasts. They have a number of international entities, as well as separate business units and this role will produce consolidated accounts for the organsiation as a whole. There will be a focus on cash flow and working with the wider business to support strategic decisions from a financial perspective. You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or have worked in an SME and be Qualified by Experience. You will be happy with the hands-on nature associated with operating in a smaller, entrepreneurial business but also have exposure to multi-entity environment. You will be comfortable managing a small team as well as communicating with senior managers, and be passionate about contributing to the company and its ambitious growth plans.
