Your Next Company A rapidly growing automotive company in Milton Keynes is looking for a new Accounts Assistant to join their team. The role will encourage active involvement in multiple areas of the finance department and is a very hands on role. Your Roles and Responsibilities Reporting directly into both the Senior Accounts Manager and Finance Director, you will be assuming the role of the vacant Accounts Assistant position. The roles and responsibilities of the job are as follows: - Processing supplier invoices in an efficient manner. - Reconciliation of supplier statements, and query management - Purchase ledger and email account management - Supply partner monthly billing - multiple currencies - Supply partner remittances - multiple currencies - Liaising with customer services team to resolve reservation issues Your Skill Set and Qualities - Efficiency in Supplier Invoicing. - Good understanding of totally integrated computer-based accounts packages. - Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Spreadsheets (VLOOKUPS and Pivot ables essential skill). - Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent telephone manner. - Ability to work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines. Your Knowledge and Qualifications - Either an AAT qualified candidate or studying towards AAT or other relevant qualifications - Adequate understanding of Accountancy and Bookkeeping Salary for this role is around 18-20k
