Purchase Ledger Clerk Our client is a leading independent Timber and Builders merchant in the UK, supplying a wide range of top-quality building, landscaping and plumbing supplies. This an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a friendly and efficient Accounts team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm About the Purchase Ledger Clerk Daily duties will include; Reconcile Supplier statements to payment schedules Setup supplier payments Deal with supplier invoice queries Chase suppliers for credit notes Register invoices for payment Print invoices from daily emails Enter stock onto the system from supplier delivery notes General filing duties. About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who can work alone under their own initiative and effectively as part of a team.
