A fantastic opportunity has arisen, for an FP&A Manager to join an international consumer goods business, based in West London Reporting into the Corporate Financial Controller, this role will manage one analyst and require someone who is used to working in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders. Given the fast paced nature of the business, this role requires someone who is happy to get 'stuck in' and demonstrate initiative in building new processes and approaches. Key responsibilities include: Act as FP&A Business Partner for supporting the Operational Directors and team on delivering against financial and commercial objectives through insight and challenge Plan and execute the budget process for the full P&L Provide and present month end reporting, with insightful, commercially focused variance analysis, risks and opportunities Managing a part-qualified analyst Who we are looking for: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or MBA graduate Proven academic track record Demonstrable experience in a Consumer business Experience in running forecasting cycles Advanced Excel skills Passion, initiative and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
