Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role responsibilities Due to continued growth at MHR, we are currently on the lookout for a Payroll Advisor to deliver an effective & accurate payroll service to a portfolio of clients. To process and reconcile portfolio of payrolls (end to end) in accordance with documented standard operating procedures, including PAYE and NI related amendments and Process BACS payments. The service delivered will be accurate, efficient and compliant with documented and implied procedures Conduct quality checks on payrolls prior to sending to a customer, take remedial action to rectify any errors immediately. Reconciling payroll reports and authorizing BACS payments. Maintain accurate records and reporting. Ensure all payments are made in line with schedules and procedures. Maintain customer relations Recognise issues and escalate where necessary Provide support and guidance where appropriate Ensure issues are escalated as required Respond to customer communications as required Monitor and ensure adequate progress on time critical issues Skills CIPP Level 1 (Desirable) Exceptional attention to detail Analytically minded with a passion for working with data Can navigate confidently through all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, at a basic/intermediate level. Outstanding level of accuracy Highly organised Strong communicator both written and verbal Enjoys being in a fast-paced environment Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets, sometimes under pressure Flexible and adaptable to change Our Rewards Competitive salaries.
