Interim Commercial Financial Controller | 6 Month Contract | Real Estate/ PropTech | Barnet My client is a rapidly-growing (over 100% YOY) real estate and technology company business based in Barnet. They have a sociable and diverse team who require a Financial Controller to support the growth and development of the business. You should be a motivated and forward-thinking individual with a real eye for detail and a passion for commercial financial analysis. This role will involve working closely with the CEO and leadership team in a finance business partnering capacity, and will play a big part in helping to successfully expand the organisation internationally. The role is for an initial 6-month day rate contract with a strong chance to go permanent, starting immediately. Role FP&A Analysis
• Analysis of existing systems
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare the business for a likely Private Equity transaction in 2020
• Margin analysis
• Preparing board packs
• Ad hoc tasks required by the finance team Essential skills and experience Relevant experience within a similar position previously Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Strong academic background Excellent communication and influencing skills.
