Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to take on overall day to day management and reporting of the Finland, Greece, Denmark and Sweden accounting transactions. You will be responsible for statutory reporting, month end close and managing an extended shared services team based in HCL India.

Responsibilities:
Statutory/Month end Close Responsibility of day to day accounting of the Finland, Greece, Denmark and Sweden legal entity. Manage month end close process reviewing and approving HCL transactions including, accruals, prepayments, facilities allocation, intercompany account clear down, Management fee calculations etc. Issue all invoices to other legal entities from the local entity and customer invoices for the Finland Greece Denmark and Sweden account recorded on corporate legal entities. Full monthly Balance sheet reconciliation review and sign off Responsible for Annual Statutory Audit and preparation of financial statements. Bank Signatory for supplier payments. Review and approve monthly cash flow forecast Review of all month end activity booked on other legal entity books in relation to the Finland Greece Denmark and Sweden, including customer invoicing, deferred revenue balances, accruals and prepayments. SOX compliance activities Ensure A/R balances are current and work with customer as appropriate to ensure payment. Manage AP process and monitor open items. Processing of payroll - (Outsourced) Check of US GAAP year end closing in SAP Statutory accounts. Internal coordination for authorization & signatures for annual taxes, stat. accounts and shareholders meeting Taxes Quarterly VAT declaration Annual VAT, Income & Trade Tax declaration.
