Being The Difference The Financial Accountant role is an integral part of our finance function here at Autoglass®, designed to assist in the smooth running of the financial accounts function for two different legal entities operating under the trading names of Autoglass®. Laddaw® & Autoglass BodyRepair®. The Financial Accountant role will assist the Finance Reporting Manager to provide reliable, timely and accurate financial information to both group stakeholders and external agencies including but not limited to Auditors, HMRC, FCA & Companies House. This role will be challenging and varied, so you should be inquisitive, analytical and methodical in your approach when preparing data for monthly, quarterly & annual reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to come in and have a real impact to help evolve and improve our existing process, support the Financial Reporting Manager with balance sheet and cash forecasts and be accountable for some key deliverables within the finance function. Candidates should be studying towards ACCA/CIMA, with 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience with statutory accounts, VAT returns and Corporation tax is necessary. Experience of Oracle would be advantageous.
