They are an industry leader and are setting the standard for customer service and addressing customer queries. As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for chasing unpaid invoices for the business and ensuring that all the debt has been paid. You will have your very own portfolio, and you will have accountability for your portfolio by proactively chasing customers for payment and leading by example. You will be keeping ledgers tidy and working hard in order to ensure that the debt is kept to a minimum. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, managing a ledger of approximately accounts. Decision making will also be key, as you will be advising on what accounts, if any, will require legal action.
