We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant on an interim basis - 6-12 month FTC, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance and this will be a pivotal role in the finance team. So what is the job? Reviewing and understanding monthly trial balances extracted and identifying and challenging unusual data Preparing quarterly and year end management reporting packs under IFRS Preparing Annual statutory accounts under UKGAAP working with the tax and treasury teams Coordinating the external audit for the group reporting packs and annual statutory reports The ideal candidate Immediately available or available at short notice A qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Preferably a background in Practice, but core financial accounting experience in Industry is welcomed Advanced Excel skills Able to multitask whilst maintaining priorities and meeting deadlines Comfortable dealing with a large and varied workload A high standard of oral and written communication skills.
