An exciting opportunity has come up for a strong Management Accountant to join an internationally recognised organisation, based within the heart of Reading. Minutes from the train station, this firm are looking for experienced accountants to join a specialist transformation team on a two year fixed term contract for a new project. As part of this team, some responsibilities to expect are:
• To focus on the cost management and forecasting of the project
• Play an integral role in business partnering across the teams
• Manage the profit and loss
• Maintain accurate balance sheets
• Challenge project managers on all aspects of process and cost In order to be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have a strong background of project accounting with some aspect of business partnering. Advanced Excel would be highly desirable, along with experience in cost management.
