THE COMPANY This M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory practice has offices in all major UK cities and a strong presence in Central Manchester. The firm is renowned for advising entrepreneurs and medium / large privately owned businesses on a wide range of corporate finance transactions (£2m - £50m deal values) including MBO / BIMBO and M&A deals, Growth Capital raising and Private Equity / VC investment transactions. THE OPPORTUNITY An opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&A / Corporate Finance professional which will offer the opportunity to lead multiple Mid-Market transactions (typically £2m - £50m enterprise value) and progress to Partner as part of the firm's succession plan. As M&A / Corporate Finance Director key duties will include: Overseeing a team involved in Lead Advisory work on a wide variety of small and mid-market transactions, ensuring deals proceed in line with all parties expectations Coordinating Executive and Manager staff responsible for research work on acquisition targets and buyers, preparing Information Memorandum producing forecasts, financial models and analysis reports Leading pitches for new work, supported by Managers and Executives Business Development work within the Advisory, Funding and Investment communities Management of ongoing deal processes and work in progress You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, potential for significant bonus earnings and career progression to Partner.
