If so, we want to hear from you today We've partnered with a client of ours in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join their buzzy, vibrant and successful credit control team to help push the business forward. You will be responsible for not only liaising with debtors to collect monies owed but the main part of your role will be building strong, meaningful and lasting relationships with customers who have provided repeat and loyal business over the years to our client. You will need to be proactive and be able to priorotise your work load as well as coach and mentor other members of the team. Work closely with the sales team Performing credit checks and providing the credit line to your customers Relationship building with major clients Negotiation of repayment terms Reconciliation of customer accounts and bank account Recording of invoice queries and finding a resolution as efficiently as possible Skills / Attributes You will be able to demonstrate a strong history of relationship building with key clients and customers and a successful track record of recouping monies owed. Experience of chasing debts of up to £500,000 Experience working on Sage Ideally studying towards CICM Hours: 7:30am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
