Fawcett & Co Accountants have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join their growing team in Lincoln.

Competitive Job Type: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with one hour for lunch Payroll Manager - Job Overview: - Process client's payroll in a timely and accurate manner whether it be weekly, fortnightly or monthly - Creates and maintains clients & employees' payroll records. Calculations wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records, and information supplied by the client - Enters payroll information into Moneysoft for processing. Issues employees' checks and earnings summaries. Completes payroll reports. Deal with any issues that may arise with HMRC on behalf of the client. Setting up of new PAYE accounts - Entering New Starter information, Leavers, calculating statutory Sick and keeping a record of any time off - Submit Real time information to HMRC by the deadlines each week/month, including CIS sub-contractor Submissions each month - Provide CIS certificates to the sub-contractors at the end of each month. Submit the pension information each week / month to Nest making sure that the correct information is submitted, for the clients & employees Payroll Manager -

Responsibilities:
- Processing Client Payrolls to set deadlines & updating information - Processing Subcontractor Payments CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) - Running Reports - Sending Information to HMRC - Liaising with Clients Daily - Assisting with VAT Returns - Data Entry including New Starters, Leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP - Salary Payments Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly - Statutory & non-Statutory deductions - Pension Administration - Work based pension scheme; completing the Pension Regulation compliance Declarations.
