Elevation Recruitment Group are currently a hard-working Billing Administrator working with a well-established and growing business in the Sheffield area on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This person will be responsible for submitting invoices and ensuring all data reaches quality standards, both manually and electronically. Duties and responsibilities will include: - Dealing with incoming invoice queries - Generating client billing reports - Updating the client database - Working closely with Accounts Receivable - Review and submit billing updates regularly and updating management The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences: - Immediately available or available at short notice - Strong administration experience is essential - Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment - Intermediate Excel skills (Look Ups, Pivot Tables etc.) - World-class customer service skills - Experience in a similar role would be desirable This is a fantastic opportunity for any finance individual to join a professional, forward-thinking organisation.
