Job Role Finance Director required to report into Managing Director, you will be responsibly for overseeing financial and commercial aspects of the firms strategy, imparting financial information to the Directors and external parties including investors. We are looking for a Finance Director with a degree and qualified as an Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience implementing and developing robust financial reporting in a multi site firm and have experience using tools like Excel, Quickbooks, SAP and/or Sage Line 50. Managing 7 staff within the financial department Manage all daily finance operations Financial reporting Financial accounting Manage financial planning including forecast and budgets Ensuring tax compliance Daily cash flow operations Take part in leadership meetings Support owner directors to drive business at the forefront of the industry Improve environment for internal control Prepare and consolidate budgets and forecasts Work with Head of Finance to introduce electronic record system Monitor and report on all finance activity to best standards
