Your role The National Switchboard & Central Booking Desk Team plays an integral role in the smooth operation of Deloitte, both in the UK, as well as internationally. Part of the wider Customer Services Team, the National Switchboard & Central Booking Desk Team is responsible for: Being the First Point of Contact for Deloitte LLP Answering complex queries, both from the public and Deloitte people Acting as a guardian of Deloitte's reputation and offering impeccable Customer Services and guidance Booking Client & Internal meetings, covering a variety of hospitality options, while offering the best Client Experience possible Managing VIP and Large Events Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk.
