The Financial Reporting team are continuously improving outputs in order to deliver greater insight, drive efficiency and improve control. Our intention is to make further use of granular data sources, harness new technologies and change our ways of working as a result. Your role as Financial Reporting Manager will involve: Delivery and continual improvement of a range of reporting (e.g. statutory accounts, regulatory reporting and internal management information) Building relationships with stakeholders to optimise outputs and inform business decisions Identifying and addressing control weaknesses Coaching and influencing others to support development of the wider team Experimenting with new tools and techniques to improve analysis, accelerate reporting and enhance control Interacting with projects, from initiation through to implementation What skills and experience you'll bring...
