Finance Business Partner Role information Are you an experienced Finance business partner who has a proven track record of guiding and delivering commercial decision making and successful business relationship building? If so then this role is for you Who we're looking for: Our Finance Business Partnering team work closely with Directorates at a senior level to prepare 18 month rolling forecasts and annual budgets. Operating as a business-embedded financial partnering service, you will be a source of expertise in budgeting, as well as in-year financial management, monitoring and reporting. As a trusted advisor you will work effectively with stakeholders and senior colleagues to ensure that financial planning is aligned with broader organisational goals and to provide support in the decision-making process. As such you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of finance and non-finance colleagues. You must have a proven track record of financial business partnering at a senior level in a complex organisation. Outstanding relationship management skills are vital, supported by strong technical finance ability and the capability to advise, challenge and influence. The skills to create and communicate business insights based on data management and modelling are essential. The successful candidate must be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA) with a driven and proactive approach. What we'll offer you
• A salary of circa £40,000-45,000 per annum, depending on experience
