Job Description:The EMEA Liquidity team has responsibility for liquidity management, deposit and rate strategy, physical concentration and notional pooling solutions and revenues for the clients of GTS EMEA.The team supports the Sales teams across the Corporate, FI, and NBFI clients segments. In the current dynamic interest rate and depository environment, the liquidity team performs a critical role in meeting Bank of America's income targets through identifying Sales opportunities, winning new business, and optimizing pricing. The Head of Liquidity, EMEA will lead a team of liquidity product managers and liquidity specialists and coordinate with Global Treasury Sales and Banking partners to develop business opportunities and implement the regional liquidity strategy. The individual would be responsible for establishing the framework for sizing liquidity requirements including internal stress testing framework and interpreting regulation in conjunction with other stakeholders within and outside Treasury function, providing liquidity oversight to regional entities, and ensuring that the Bank maintains adequate liquidity appropriately positioned to meet regional and global needs both in normal market conditions as well as during periods of stress.Areas of focus for this role would be developing and implementing product strategy, pricing, risk management, product development and supporting the Liquidity requirements of corporates and financial institutions.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine the regional liquidity strategy in line with global liquidity objectivesDevelop, enhance and maintain Bank of America's Liquidity product set and identify new innovative products and solutionsSupervise day to day functions of the GTS EMEA Liquidity team & set goals and manage performance for Product Managers and Liquidity SpecialistsOversee the delivery of complex, cross-border liquidity solutions whilst navigating the legal, tax, regulatory, currency restrictions of the jurisdictions within which the clients operateUnderstand Sales and Market feedback & translate it to effective & winning liquidity strategyMaintain an active and open dialogue and partner with the various CFO and Corporate Treasury functions, as well as industry wide forums, through periodic and ad-hoc updatesPartner with finance and corporate treasury on funds transfer pricingRequired SkillsExtensive Product Management experience preferably Liquidity experience working with Global Multinational CorporationsPrevious experience in a Global Transaction Banking role & knowledge of key liquidity product sets including deposits, overdrafts, physical cash concentration and notional poolingExperience working with clients on their end to end working capital needsPrevious management experience - directly or through leading complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong coaching skills & willingness to learn and adapt to new skillsAbility to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationshipsExceptional attention to detail & good business judgmentComfort interacting with senior colleagues throughout the organizationBachelor's Degree requiredDesired SkillsUnderstanding of monetary policy, short rate products and market dynamics as well as key liquidity regulations (e.g. LCR)Good conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
