Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based within the Pharmaceutical Sector. The role it self is a Finance Business Partner role. This is an initial 6 month contract based In Cambridge Technical Experience Qualified in a main body accounting qualification e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA with 2 years PQE Previous Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally in a matrix organisation Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organisational levels, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues Experience of operating in a project accounting environment Self-motivated, with the ability to plan and manage own deadlines whilst being flexible to the requirements of the business IT literate, in particular strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills Ability to provide informative commentary on performance, with content tailored to reflect audience requirements A blend of skills that go beyond technical aspects of the role including soft skills such as relationship building, influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution If this role does sound of interest to yourself, please forward your CV to Spring Technology acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
