A manufacturing company based in Alfreton are looking to recruit a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover the holiday period. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, expenses and credit card payments. Applicants will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in Purchase Ledger and ideally experience of 3-way matching and processing high volumes of invoices weekly. Duties include: Matching and coding invoices 3-way matching (invoice, PO, GRNI) Supplier statement reconciliation Processing expenses and credit cards Allocating payments Process payment runs via BACS, CHAPS and Foreign currency Petty cash Queries Scanning and filing invoices Hours of work are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm on Friday.
