Elevation Recruitment Group are working on behalf of one of the best business to work for in South Yorkshire, who are looking to bring in a Finance Analyst. This business has gone from strength to strength, growing to over 500 employees worldwide. This role is an excellent position for someone looking for exposure into commercial analysis, business partnering and management accounts. The role is newly created and sits within a large, but supportive finance team. Main Duties: - Produce timely and accurate month end results and reports, ensuring the integrity of the P&L is maintained - Take ownership of key cost areas of the P&L - Provide insight and analysis to Finance Managers - Complete balance sheet reconciliations and controls - Assist in the preparation of external reporting & compliance, including interim and full year results, tax returns and statistical reporting - Identify and implement financial controls to manage risks Requirements: - Undergraduate degree at 2:1/ 1st or equivalent in Accountancy or Finance - Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT Advantageous - Strong academic record - Excellent Excel and analytical skills - Good communication skills - Willingness to learn and progress This really is a unique opportunity to work for a forward thinking, rapidly growing company who promote employee engagement, development and well being.
