Short summary We are looking for two talented Reporting Analysts who are motivated and confident in carrying out research on both the market and competitors' activities, and to help benchmark our clients as leaders in their field. These roles will suit someone who has the ability to multi-task, deliver to deadlines, and has a desire to develop strong report writing skills. Key Responsibilities Conducting desk research on competitor activity and benchmarking against competitors'. This will cover areas which include; product portfolio analysis, customer experience and brand satisfaction intelligence, digital initiatives and marketing activities. Alerting internal stakeholders about market and competitor activities that impact the business.
