£60,000 - £70,000 Benefits Closing Date: 08/11/2019 We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst for my key partner based in Central London, a multinational organisation operating in 9 countries. We are seeking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Corporate Finance Analyst to work within the mergers & acquisitions space, reviewing proposals and working on various UK and Group projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work both autonomously and as part of a successful team. As the Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team, supporting the Mergers & Acquisitions department with strategic planning, screening and evaluating acquisition opportunities and financial modelling. This position will also involve extensive liaison with the Senior Executive team, Regional Management, Vendors and Advisors. Key

responsibilities:
Construct investment models for potential Mergers & Acquisitions Support the Mergers & Acquisitions team and Executives during the due diligence process - Identify and resolve any issues that arise from the due diligence Preparation of presentations to support investment cases Identify potential Merger & Acquisition targets and provide sufficient business cases on these organisations As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following: Degree educated Accounting Qualification is preferred Strong financial knowledge Demonstrable experience within Mergers & Acquisitions Proven ability to build investment models If you are interested to find out more, please apply now.
